Is Quicksi a cleaning company?
No. Quicksi is a marketplace — you're booking directly with a vetted independent cleaner. We handle matching, payment, and support, but the cleaner isn't a Quicksi employee, the same way a rideshare driver isn't an employee of the app.
How does pricing work?
Prices are shown upfront before you book, based on your property size and the service you choose. No hidden fees and no quote calls.
Who are the cleaners?
Every cleaner is ABN-verified and police-checked before their first job, and reviewed by customers after every booking.
When am I actually charged?
Your card is authorised (held, not charged) when you book. The charge only goes through once the clean is done and you've confirmed you're happy with it.
Can I get the same cleaner every time?
Yes — set up a recurring plan and, once your cleaner accepts, they'll be invited back automatically for future visits.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Raise it within 24 hours of the job being marked complete and we'll work with you and the cleaner on a resolution. Full details are in our Terms.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — cancel more than 24 hours before your booking for a full refund. Later cancellations follow a clear fee schedule set out in our Terms, so nothing is a surprise.
