How much does end of lease cleaning cost?

Does a bond clean include the oven and carpets?
Not by default. The oven, fridge, inside cabinets, windows, blinds and carpet steam cleaning are add-ons you choose when booking, each priced upfront, because agents ask for different things. Check your lease or ingoing condition report for what yours expects.
Will I get my bond back?
Nobody can promise that — the bond decision is your agent's or landlord's, and it can turn on more than cleaning (damage, rent, maintenance). The booking covers the areas agents typically check. If something in the booked scope wasn't done, raise it within 24 hours of the job being marked complete and we'll work it out with you and the cleaner.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes — an end of lease clean is priced for an empty property. If you're still moving out, book it for after the removalists.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised — held, not charged — when you book. The charge only goes through after the clean is done: once you confirm it, or automatically 24 hours after the job is marked complete. If something isn't right, raise it within those 24 hours and the payment stays on hold.
Who are the cleaners?
Independent, ABN-registered cleaners. Every cleaner's identity, ABN and national police check are verified before their first job, and customers rate them after every booking.
