Why Quicksi exists
Getting a home cleaned in Australia meant phone calls, waiting, and a pile of quotes that were impossible to compare. Being the cleaner wasn't much better.

Every cleaner's identity, ABN and national police check are verified before their first job, and customers rate them after every booking.

Your card is held, not charged, when you book. The payment goes through only after the clean is done — once you confirm it, or 24 hours later if you haven't raised an issue.

Help when something's wrong
Raise an issue within 24 hours of the job being marked complete and we work it out with you and the cleaner.
