Frequently asked questions
How much is an hourly cleaner?
On Quicksi a one-off clean starts at $59/hour in Sydney, plus the connection fee. You choose the number of hours when you book, so you know the price upfront.
What if the job takes longer than I booked?
Your cleaner can offer more time on the day. Nothing extra is charged unless you approve it in the app.
When am I charged?
Your card is authorised — held, not charged — when you book. The charge only goes through after the clean is done: once you confirm it, or automatically 24 hours after the job is marked complete. If something isn't right, raise it within those 24 hours and the payment stays on hold.
Who are the cleaners?
Independent, ABN-registered cleaners. Every cleaner's identity, ABN and national police check are verified before their first job, and customers rate them after every booking.
