How much do I actually keep?
85% of every job total, paid out after the customer confirms the clean. There's no fee to join, no subscription, and no bidding for leads.
What do I need to apply?
A valid ABN, photo ID, a national police check, a verified phone number, and your own equipment and supplies. Most cleaners are approved within a few business days.
How and when do I get paid?
Payment is held securely once a customer books, then released to your account after they confirm the clean is done. Payouts are handled automatically through Stripe.
Can I choose my own hours and area?
Yes. You set your service area and availability, and you only get offered jobs inside it. Accept the ones that work for you.
What happens if a customer cancels?
Cancellations follow a clear schedule in our terms. Late cancellations can trigger a platform-funded goodwill credit in your favour — you're never left covering someone else's change of plans.
