How to reach us
The Quicksi support team is based in Australia. The best way to reach us is by email at support@quicksi.com.au. We do not currently offer a live chat or phone line.
For account-specific issues — such as a missing payout, a booking dispute, or a problem with your profile — always email from the address registered to your Quicksi account. This helps us verify your identity faster and reduces back-and-forth.
What to include in your message
The more context you give us upfront, the faster we can resolve your issue. For most support requests, please include:
- Your full name and the email address on your Quicksi account.
- Booking reference (visible in the app under job details — it looks like
04BAAA14). If you have multiple bookings involved, include all relevant references. - What happened — a brief description of the issue, in plain language.
- What outcome you're looking for — refund, correction, payout release, account access, etc.
- Screenshots or photos, if relevant. Before-and-after photos are particularly helpful for job quality disputes.
Emails that include all of the above are resolved significantly faster than those that require us to ask follow-up questions.
Response times
- General support
- We aim to reply within one business day (Monday–Friday, AEST). During busy periods it may take up to two business days.
- Disputes
- Dispute investigations take longer, as we need to review evidence from both parties. We aim to decide disputes within 3–5 business days, or longer if we need more information from either side.
- Privacy requests
- Data access and deletion requests are handled within 30 days in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.
We are a small team — if you send multiple emails on the same issue it can slow down the queue for everyone. Send one clear email and we'll get back to you.
Billing & payment enquiries
Quicksi uses Stripe to handle all customer charges and cleaner payouts. If you have a question about a charge or a missing payout, email support@quicksi.com.au with:
- Your booking reference
- The approximate date and amount of the charge or expected payout
- For cleaners: the last four digits of your connected bank account (from your Stripe payout settings in the app), so we can locate your payout record
- For customers: the last four digits of the card charged, if available
Quicksi does not store your full card number or bank account number — these are held by Stripe in their secure vaults. We cannot access or modify your payment method directly; changes must be made through the app.
Disputes between customers and cleaners
If a customer and cleaner cannot resolve a disagreement about a job — for example, around the quality of the clean or what was agreed in scope — either party can contact Quicksi to open a formal dispute.
To open a dispute, email us with:
- The booking reference
- A clear description of what you believe went wrong
- Any supporting evidence: photos (timestamped preferred), screenshots of in-app messages, or other documentation
We will review the information from both parties and reach a decision. Quicksi's decision on disputes is final under our Terms & Conditions, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
While a dispute is under review, payment for the relevant booking may be held pending the outcome. We aim to decide within 3–5 business days, or longer if we need more information from either side.
Account access & safety
If you can't access your account — for example, you have lost access to your email address or phone number — email us from any address with your full name and as many account details as you can provide. We will verify your identity through other means before restoring access.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, email us immediately at support@quicksi.com.au with "URGENT: Account security" in the subject line. We will lock the account while we investigate.
For privacy-related requests — including the right to access your data, correct it, or have it deleted under the Australian Privacy Act — contact privacy@quicksi.com.au.
